The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Restaurant Intern to join its renowned team in central Paris. The role involves delivering friendly, discreet guest service; assisting with pre- and post-service procedures; and ensuring the defined sequence of service is followed in line with Peninsula standards.

You will liaise between guests and kitchen, take requests during service, and help set up and reset the dining room. Fluency in French and English is required, and an Internship Agreement is mandatory.

Key accountabilities:

• Deliver friendly yet discreet and unobtrusive guest service.
• Perform pre and after-service procedures as per Peninsula standards.
• Understand and accurately deliver the defined sequence of service.
• Ensure consistency of the F&B service and food offerings.
• Set up the dining room before the service and clean up afterwards.
• Make the link between the guests and the kitchen by delivering dishes and taking customer requests during the service.
