Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a Team Lead in France to grow and coach our Account Management team. You will develop a 4-person squad, drive pipeline, and manage an individual Mid-Market portfolio with ARR targets while selling the full Youtrust platform.

You will work closely with the AM Director, collaborate with CS, Marketing and RevOps, and use AI tools to optimize processes. This hybrid Paris-based role offers competitive benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as team lead or sales manager in B2B SaaS.
• Proven coaching experience with onboarding and ramping up hires.
• Full sales cycle experience from outbound to close and ARR targets.
• Ability to grow existing accounts via upsell, cross-sell and new entities.
• Data-driven approach with KPIs, pipeline reviews, and clean Salesforce.
• Portfolio segmentation and focused opportunity selection.
• Familiarity with AI tools to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4-person AM team and coach on sales routines.
• Onboard new team members and drive ramp-up.
• Track KPIs, forecast reviews, and action plans.
• Share best practices on prospecting, discovery, and closing.
• Support strategic deals and unblock key accounts.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce forecasts.
• Collaborate with CS, Marketing, Product and RevOps.
• Sell the full Youtrust platform across mid-market and subsidiaries.
