Job summary

MyTraffic in Paris is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the Italian market, managing a portfolio of 50–60 accounts with substantial revenue. You will drive renewals and upsell opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

You will work autonomously within a global CS team, coordinate with product and sales, and shape adoption strategies for a complex location intelligence SaaS platform used by leading real estate and retail clients in Italy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS or data industry.
• Proven renewals and upsell track record with measurable results.
• Able to manage large portfolios with autonomy.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio of 50–60 Italian accounts with 1.7–1.8M in revenue.
• Lead renewal conversations and identify upsell opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews and act as trusted advisor to clients.
• Partner with Product to relay client feedback and drive adoption.
