Jobgether is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager for the Italian-speaking market across Europe, based in France. You will onboard, adopt, and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize ROI on AI-powered video solutions.

You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes, develop executive relationships, and identify expansion opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Proven customer-facing experience in CS/Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with KPI ownership and outcomes.
• Ability to forecast account performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to demonstrate value to customers.
• Experience onboarding new clients and driving early adoption.
• Plan and lead regular customer meetings and business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of ROI and retention strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across business and technical audiences.
• Fluency in Italian and English; European base with remote work comfort.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple strategic accounts.
