Job summary

MyTraffic is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own the Italian market from our Paris office. You will manage a portfolio of 50–60 accounts with 1.7–1.8M in revenue, lead renewal conversations, and spot upsell opportunities, driving portfolio growth.

You will join the international CS team, speak native Italian and fluent English, and bring 4+ years of B2B SaaS experience. You’ll onboard clients, monitor adoption, and collaborate with Product to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Native Italian speaker
• Fluent English (working language of the team)
• At least 4 years as a Customer Success Manager in B2B SaaS or data industry
• Business-oriented with renewals/upsells proven track record
• Autonomous with portfolio management experience
• Team player with cross-functional collaboration
• Challenger mindset and problem-solving approach

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a 50–60 account portfolio with 1.7–1.8M revenue
• Lead renewal conversations starting with the largest accounts
• Identify upsell opportunities and close them
• Anticipate churn risks and act early
• Build and execute account plans for strategic clients
• Run business reviews with decision-makers and turn clients into advocates
• Onboard, train, and monitor platform adoption for clients
• Relay client feedback to Product and act as trusted advisor
