Job summary

Youtrust is seeking a Business Development professional to focus on the Italian market from Paris. You will respond to Italian companies, understand their needs, and convert qualified leads into opportunities for Account Executives.

Join a European digital trust platform and help drive inbound demand, hit pipeline targets, and grow revenue in Italy while collaborating with a 10-person SDR team. This office-based role offers Paris or Barcelona offices.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Italian required and English at C1 level.
• Experience qualifying inbound leads and discovering customer needs.
• Comfortable in SaaS/tech and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Contact Italian inbound leads promptly and assess fit, budget, timing.
• Conduct discovery calls to uncover project needs and pain points.
• Pass qualified opportunities to Account Executives with clear handoffs.
• Log activities in the CRM and keep records up to date.
• Help achieve Italy pipeline and closing targets.
