Job summary

Yousign is hiring to own the French inbound pipeline and convert qualified leads into SQOs. You will hand off strong opportunities to Account Executives with context, while working with SDRs across DACH, Italy, Spain and the UK.

You will contribute to the team\'s monthly MRR targets, staying proactive in qualification and follow-up. You will be part of the Business Development team, leveraging AI tools to research prospects and speed up qualification, with a focus on fast first contact and

Qualifications

• Fluent French (native level) and English (C1+) as required for inbound sales
• Interest in tech and comfortable talking to buyers
• Organized, structured and fast to first contact
• Curious, probe beyond initial requests to understand context
• Desire to build a career in Sales and use AI tools to work smarter
• Experience with CRM/sales tools welcome but not required

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound French leads and convert to SQOs
• Run discovery to understand project, pain points, and buying context
• Hand off larger opportunities to Account Executives with clear notes
• Maintain CRM accuracy and timely follow-ups
• Contribute to monthly SQO and MRR targets
