Danfoss GmbH is seeking an IT Support Trainee to gain hands-on experience in a global industrial company. You will assist with end-user support, workplace tech, and Microsoft 365, while learning identity management and IT service delivery in a real-world environment.

You'll work alongside experienced IT professionals, build practical skills from day one, and contribute to secure access, device management, and service improvements across regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or vocational qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT support, workplace technologies, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Organize tasks, learn quickly, and work well in a collaborative team.
• Fluency in French and good level of English.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line IT support through the ticketing system to resolve issues and sustain productivity.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace tech.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding for secure system access.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, including provisioning and access management.
• Participate in asset management and IT service improvement initiatives, learning ITIL practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide first-line IT support through our ticketing system, helping employees quickly resolve technical issues and maintain productivity.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of laptops, mobile devices, printers, and workplace technology to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, helping ensure secure and efficient access to systems and tools.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID user administration, including account provisioning, access management, and basic security-related processes.
• Participate in asset management, meeting room support, and IT service improvement initiatives while learning ITIL-based support and incident management practices.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree, diploma, or vocational qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT support, workplace technologies, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to organize tasks, learn quickly, and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Professional proficiency in French and a good level of English.
