Responsabilités

• Provide first-line IT support via ticketing system to resolve issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of devices.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and secure access to systems.
• Contribute to Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration basics.
• Participate in asset management and IT service improvement initiatives.
