Qualifications

• Experience in IT service desk and incident management.
• Proficient with Windows environments and Office applications.
• Fluent Portuguese required; bilingual.

Responsabilités

• Receive user requests (by phone and email).
• Analyze and document the customer's request.
• Perform an initial remote diagnosis.
• Triage and resolve incidents by creating and tracking tickets to ensure their closure using our management tool.
• Assist users with their equipment and business applications.
