• Experience in IT service desk and incident management.
• Proficient with Windows environments and Office applications.
• Fluent Portuguese required; bilingual.

Requirements

• Self-taught and passionate about IT OR higher education in IT (e.g., BAC Pro SEN, BTS SIO or DUT in Networks and Telecommunications)
• Technical knowledge: proficiency with the Windows environment (Microsoft Office, Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server)
• Networking and Helpdesk experience
• Good knowledge of databases: SQL Server / MySQL / Oracle
• Bilingual in Portuguese (fluent)
