Aerospacelab in Angleur, Belgium, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the Proximity team at AMOS. You will handle helpdesk calls, manage user rights, perform CMDB updates, and support Windows, Linux, and Apple environments.

Ideal candidates combine strong problem solving with good English and French, and are eager to learn new technologies, including VPNs and AV/conference room tools.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical skills across Windows and Linux operating systems.
• 2
• Experience with Apple devices (Mac/iPad/iOS) and Office 365 suite.
• Proficient in VPN solutions, antivirus protection, and network configuration.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to user helpdesk calls and advise on actions.
• Daily follow-up of calls from recording to resolution and reporting.
• Execute CMDB updates after incidents and changes.
• Manage user rights and access controls.
• Update and improve Knowledge Base articles.
• Provide support during exceptional workload to the Proximity team.
• Configure laptops, desktops, and basic servers.
