European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) Grenoble IT Services seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide first-level desktop support across macOS, Windows and Linux, manage imaging and deployments, and maintain user environments. You will support video conferences and critical IT services for an international community.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional IT support experience.
• A degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands-on with Windows, Linux and macOS desktop/mobile support.
• Familiarity with AD, Exchange and MS 365 services.
• Experience integrating devices into enterprise IT environments.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional desktop support for macOS, Windows, and Linux systems.
• Support video-conferencing events and systems.
• Manage deployments using SCCM and JAMF Pro.
• Configure user environments: accounts, network access, printing, email.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across platforms.
• Deliver a responsive helpdesk with strong customer focus.
• Track and document support requests per ITSM best practices.
• Contribute to service improvements and IT infrastructure.
