Pigment is seeking an IT intern to support daily operations in a fast-growing international environment, focusing on hardware and workplace IT across Paris on-site. The role is hands-on with opportunities to learn, improve processes, and contribute to automation.

You will gain experience in device management, end-user support, and basic IT tooling while collaborating with a global team and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Student in IT or technical field.
• Comfortable with everyday IT tools.
• Strong willingness to help users and good communication skills.
• English proficiency.
• Dynamic, autonomous, reliable.
• Interest in hardware troubleshooting.
• At ease in spoken and written English.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line hardware and workplace IT support.
• Manage IT stock and office equipment.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes.
• MDM administration tasks (JumpCloud).
• Maintain meeting room tech and network setup.
• Document procedures and contribute to automation.
