A prestigious eyewear company in Paris is looking for a motivated intern for an IT Support and Operations role. You will assist the IT team with daily tasks, provide technical support, and contribute to ongoing projects. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT operations while requiring strong problem-solving and communication skills. Candidates should be studying Computer Science or a related field.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networks, and operating systems (Windows and macOS).
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficient in French and/or English; Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including equipment preparation and user account creation.
• Support day-to-day operational activities including Active Directory updates.
• Assist in resolving second-level support tickets escalated by the Helpdesk team.
• Provide direct assistance for hardware installations and local IT needs.
• Participate in IT projects and manage large-scale equipment renewal initiatives.
• Serve as backup resource during high-volume periods.
• Maintain and update IT documentation.
