Pigment is seeking an IT Intern for our Paris office to support daily IT operations, with focus on hardware and end‑user devices. This 6‑month on‑site internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing tech environment.

You will learn to manage IT stock, assist with MDM tasks using JumpCloud, troubleshoot room tech, and help automate simple IT processes, all while collaborating with a global team.

Qualifications

• Student in IT or related field with strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using everyday IT tools and environments.
• Excellent communication and a customer‑service mindset.
• Dynamic, autonomous and reliable with good problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Provide first line IT support for hardware and workplace systems.
• Manage IT equipment lifecycle and inventory across the Paris site.
• Assist with device enrollment, MDM tasks, and policy administration (JumpCloud).
• Support meeting room tech, cables, displays, and conferencing setup.
• Contribute to documenting procedures and small automation tasks.
