Pigment is seeking an IT intern to support daily operations in a fast-growing international environment, focusing on hardware and workplace IT across Paris on-site. The role is hands-on with opportunities to learn, improve processes, and contribute to automation.

You will gain experience in device management, end-user support, and basic IT tooling while collaborating with a global team and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Internship: 6 months

Location: Paris (on-site)

Role Overview

You will support daily IT operations with a strong focus on hardware and workplace IT. This includes end-user devices, IT stock management, and maintenance of office equipment such as video conferencing rooms.

You will contribute to the IT team’s activities and learn how to operate IT in a fast-growing international environment. This role is hands‑on and focused on execution, with opportunities to progressively contribute to improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

End-User Support

• Provide first-line support for hardware, workplace IT and basic laptop software issues
• Troubleshoot laptops, peripherals and common user problems
• Assist employees with day-to-day IT needs in the office
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes (device preparation, user assistance)

Hardware & Asset Management

• Manage IT equipment lifecycle (preparation, wipe, cleaning, recycling, resale) Track and maintain accurate inventory of devices
• Organize stock and ensure devices are ready to use
• Support procurement and logistics when needed

MDM (Device Management)

• Contribute to the administration of the MDM solution (JumpCloud)
• Organize and build device groups and policies
• Perform daily MDM tasks (enrollment, checks, basic troubleshooting, reporting)
• Help maintain and improve device configuration standards

Workplace IT & Office Equipment

• Maintain and support meeting room equipment (video conferencing, cabling, screens, audio)
• Troubleshoot meeting room issues (connectivity, audio/video)
• Ensure office IT setup is functional (desks, printers, basic network access)

Continuous Improvement & Automation

• Contribute to improving IT processes and user experience
• Document simple procedures, configuration and user guides
• Help maintain application installation scripts
• Contribute to small automation tasks (based on your technical level)
• Support the rollout of new IT tools and solutions
