Job summary

Arrow Global Components, part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking an Account Manager IP&E to cover the Île-de-France region. You will manage and grow assigned accounts, develop relationships, and drive sales across interconnect, passive & electromechanical components.

The role requires strong commercial experience in electronic components distribution, a technical selling mindset, independence, and project management skills. A company car and permanent contract are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic components distribution or related field.
• Ability to manage and grow customer relationships within the territory.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proactive in developing new business opportunities.
• Self-driven with good prioritisation and time management.
• Demonstrated accountability and positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned accounts within IP&E.
• Develop relationships and negotiate at all levels.
• Identify and develop new customers and opportunities.
• Visibly engage with customers through site visits.
• Grow the business to maximize Arrow share and profitability.
• Coordinate with Field Applications, Internal Sales, Marketing, and Suppliers.
