Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is seeking an Account Manager IP&E to manage customer relationships across Île-de-France and drive growth in interconnect, passive & electromechanical solutions.

The role requires a commercial mindset, deep electronics knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with Field Application Engineers and internal teams to maximize design opportunities. Great stability in a worldwide group awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in electronic components distribution/manufacturing/EMS or OEM environments is preferred.
• Ability to develop and manage customer relationships across the territory.
• Curious seller with understanding of how the electronics business works.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned accounts and develop relationships at all levels.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities; frequent customer visits.
• Promote Arrow's suppliers and sell across Arrow's line card; focus on large growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Arrow FAE, internal sales, marketing and suppliers to grow the business.
• Understand Arrow's supply chain solutions and maximize profitability and Arrow design wins.
