Arrow Electronics is seeking an Account Manager IP&E for the Île-de-France region. You will manage key IP&E accounts, develop relationships across all levels, and drive new business opportunities with Arrow’s line card in the Interconnect, Passive & Electromechanical space.

The role requires strong commercial experience in electronic components distribution, with the ability to visit customers on site and coordinate with internal teams to maximize design-in opportunities and

Qualifications

Experience in the electronic components industry, including distribution, manufacturing, EMS, or OEM environments.
Technical selling mindset; understands how the electronics business works.
Independence with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple accounts.
Project management skills.

Responsabilités

Take ownership of assigned accounts and develop relationships across all levels.
Negotiate and promote Arrow’s suppliers and lines across the territory.
Visit customers frequently to grow design-in opportunities and profitability.
Coordinate with Field Application Engineers, Internal Sales, Marketing, and suppliers to grow the business.
Monitor competition activity and maximize Arrow’s share.
