Job summary

HRBS Global is seeking a Sales Director to lead international channel sales for mobile intelligent robot products in golf, including ball-picking robots. Build and manage a network of agents and distributors, and shape regional sales strategy.

This remote role targets a well-connected golf industry professional with established relationships with brands, courses, and management companies, to drive customers from inquiry to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseas channel sales or key account sales.
• Fluent French and English as a working language.
• Existing links in golf industry with brands, courses, or management companies.
• Willingness to travel internationally and possess a driver's license.
• Permanent residency or long-term visa for country of residence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain channel partners (agents and distributors) across Europe, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, driving localization and revenue.
• Research the market for mobile intelligent robots in golf, analyzing features, competitors, and conditions to inform strategies.
• Master core technical parameters of our robots and communicate their value to customers clearly.
• Collaborate with the technical team on customized needs, samples, and testing support to drive orders.
• Manage full sales process from inquiry to close: contracts, production scheduling, quality inspection, logistics, and customs clearance.
• Collect customer feedback, track market dynamics, and produce market analyses for product optimization and strategy.
• Represent the company at major overseas trade shows and industry conferences to identify opportunities and partnerships.
