Job summary

HRBS Global seeks a Sales Director to lead international channel sales for mobile robot products in the golf sector. Build networks with agents and distributors, shape regional strategies, and guide customers from inquiry to delivery in a fully remote role.

You will manage global partners, analyze markets, and work with the technical team to tailor solutions for golf brands and courses, with travel to key events as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseas channel or key account sales across international markets.
• Fluent English and French as working languages; strong communication skills.
• Existing links with golf brands, courses, or management companies.
• Background in intelligent machinery equipment or golf equipment industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to identify customer needs and close deals.
• Experience with overseas trade shows and international business travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain channel partners (agents and distributors) across Europe, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
• Research market for mobile intelligent robots in golf; analyze competitors and market conditions.
• Master core technical parameters and communicate value to customers.
• Collaborate with technical team on customized needs, Q&A, samples, and testing support.
• Manage full customer process from inquiry to close: contracts, production scheduling, quality inspection, logistics, and customs.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collect feedback, track market dynamics, and produce market analyses to inform strategy.
