Job summary

HR Business Solutions is seeking a Sales Director to lead international channel sales for mobile intelligent robot products in the golf sector. You will build and manage a network of agents and distributors across Europe, the Americas, Australia, and beyond.

You will shape regional sales strategy, handle inquiries to delivery, and coordinate with technical teams to meet customer needs. This is a remote role requiring strong golf-industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseas channel sales or key account management.
• Fluent English with professional proficiency in a working language environment (French).
• Existing links in the golf industry and with golf brands or operators.
• Extensive product experience in intelligent machinery or golf equipment sales.
• Strong negotiation skills and rapid response capability.
• Willingness to travel internationally and attend overseas trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage channel partners across Europe, the Americas, Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
• Research the market for mobile intelligent robots in golf; analyze competitors and market conditions to shape sales strategies.
• Master robot features and their application scenarios; communicate value to customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team on custom needs, including Q&A, samples, and testing support.
• Manage full sales process from inquiry to close: negotiation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination.
• Collect feedback and market data; produce regular market analyses to inform product and sales strategy.
• Represent the company at major golf trade shows and industry conferences to identify opportunities.
