Job summary

SFH seeks an Internal Sales Representative (M/F) to be the company’s sole internal sales resource. You will handle customer relations, advise clients, and maintain trust in a core area while requiring minimal prospecting as customers are loyal.

Reporting to the Technical and Sales Director, you will manage requests, develop tailored offers, and ensure price negotiations, stock consistency, and proper follow-up. Open-plan office, full-time, with travel possible.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of higher education in sales or technical sales.
• Comprehensive internal training provided on arrival; ability to hit the ground running on arrival.
• Initial experience in mechanical/hydraulic or agrifood industries is a real asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relations and sales; receive and process requests via email, phone, or counter.
• Develop accurate, tailored sales offers.
• Follow up on files: supplier purchases, costs and deadlines, shipping, and customer satisfaction.
• Update and monitor sales tables.
• Participate in price negotiations and support purchasing.
