Job summary

You will provide consultative guidance on products, solutions, and applications throughout the sales lifecycle, including post-sales support. You will coordinate inquiries, liaise with internal teams, and support revenue objectives while expanding long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in engineering or related technical/scientific field.
• Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
• Experience with photonic products is desirable.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly and solve technical problems.
• Flexible and able to adapt to varying customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and organize assigned tasks.
• Build and develop long‑term customer relationships.
• Provide technical consultation on products, solutions, and applications.
• Coordinate and process customer support and service inquiries.
• Interface between customers and internal stakeholders (Business Units, Field Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Support Field Sales by managing and following up on inquiries and projects to meet revenue objectives.
• Own a defined area of expertise and serve as an internal point of contact.
