Dell Technologies in Paris seeks an Inside Product Specialist to deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team. You will advise customers on product features, configurations, pricing and availability, across phone, chat, web or email.

You may work independently or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions, and you will build relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with proven sales skills

• Be a technical advisor to the sales team and cooperate to help meet goals
• Recommend business solutions, products and services based on client needs
• Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
• Assist in ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
