Rutronik seeks an Internal Sales Assistant to support sales targets and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced, international electronics distributor environment. You will coordinate quotations, orders, samples, and delivery schedules while nurturing strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have commercial training and experience in internal sales, with fluency in French and good English, and a solid grasp of MS Office and ERP/CRM systems. Cross-functional collaboration is key.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in internal sales, sales support, customer service, or order management.
• Ideally experience in electronics distribution, electronic components, or a technical B2B environment.
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and a structured way of working.
• Fluent French and good English skills, combined with solid MS Office and ideally ERP/CRM experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the achievement of sales and margin targets through reliable customer and order management.
• Manage quotations, orders, samples, delivery schedules, and commercial enquiries throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and day-to-day sales support.
• Identify additional sales opportunities across Rutronik’s product portfolio and support customer development.
• Maintain customer, contract, and project data and prepare reports for sales planning and performance tracking.
• Work closely with Account Management, Product Marketing, Material Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
