Figma is growing our Inside Sales team and seeks a driven professional to help existing customers scale, manage requests, and close deals from a large book of accounts. Based from our Paris Hub, you will build knowledge across the product platform and sales processes while partnering with Support, Billing and Marketing.

As a founding member of this new team, you’ll qualify inbound prospects and route to an Account Executive, contributing to strategy evolution and your own career growth in Sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or SaaS is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to learn fast.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with existing customer accounts via email, video, and calls to discuss platform features and pricing.
• Close inbound requests for subscriptions and expansions, including upgrades to Enterprise Plan.
• Manage renewals and payment changes; qualify and route opportunities to Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to drive expansion and retention across products.
