Job summary

ITQ is seeking a well-organised Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our sales team. This role can be based in France, Luxembourg or Belgium.

As the right hand of our Account Managers, you keep the sales process running smoothly: you prepare offers, manage sales administration and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is an opportunity to contribute to further growth in a dynamic environment, in a role at the heart of our commercial organisation.

Qualifications

• You have an interest in IT and more than 2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration or similar role is an advantage.
• You are well organised, accurate and able to handle multiple priorities at once.
• You are service-minded, enjoy working with people and have excellent communication skills.
• You are proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
• You have an excellent command of French and English; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on offers, quotes and tender documents in close collaboration with the Account Managers.
• Qualify incoming leads from Marketing and route them to the right Account Manager.
• Coordinate consultant scheduling with Delivery and customers, ensuring customer requests are handled smoothly.
• Manage sales administration, including orders, contracts, renewals and vendor deal registrations.
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date, and prepare pipeline and sales reports for the sales team.
• Ensure Finance receives the information required for correct and timely invoicing.
• Act as the first point of contact for administrative and commercial questions from customers and partners.
