Job summary

TD SYNNEX France is seeking an inside sales professional to support a sub BU, managing portfolios, quotes, and orders while building strong customer and vendor relationships.

You will generate opportunities via outbound calls, target revenue and margin goals, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline. Collaboration with internal teams and pre-sales will be essential to address technical requirements and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales/inside sales role.
• Numerate with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Good priority management and planning abilities.
• Driven to achieve targets and understand the sales process.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems.
• IT systems knowledge for quotation/order entry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and product knowledge.
• Generate new business by outbound calls and solution conversations.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and ensure timely quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and pre-sales for technical needs.
• Ensure service levels and drive KPIs such as customer engagement.
