VAHLE Group in Meyzieu, near Lyon, seeks an inside sales representative (m/f/d) for the French branch. You will monitor offers and customer orders via SAP, build client relationships, advise on suitable products, and perform technical sizing studies.

You will analyze tenders, support tailored offers and collaborate with international teams in France and at our German headquarters to ensure strong alignment and smooth execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-secondary technical qualification and strong interest in customer interaction.
• Experience in technical sales with SAP is required.
• Good English; German is an advantage; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor offers and customer orders until delivery using SAP
• Build strong relationships with clients, understand client needs and advise on suitable products
• Perform technical studies (e.g. sizing, product selection)
• Analyze tenders and propose appropriate solutions
• Support the design of tailored technical-commercial offers
• Identify and develop new clients (databases, internet, trade fairs)
• Partner with international teams in France and at our Headquarters in Germany to ensure strong alignment and smooth execution

Qualifications & Skills

• Technical qualification (minimum 2 years post-secondary education)
• Strong interest in customer interaction
• First experience in technical sales
• Proven experience working with SAP is required
• Good English skills required, German is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term customer relationships
