Job summary

MKS France is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer (h/f) in Beaune la Rolande, France to act as the main customer contact for commercial and technical matters. The role includes pre-sales guidance on products and applications, and post-sales coordination of service inquiries.

You will support Field Sales, build long-term relationships, and serve as an internal expert for designated product lines, with strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree or PhD in engineering.
• Experience in consultative pre- and post-sales support.
• Strong technical understanding of photonic products.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan, prioritize, and organize assigned tasks.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide technical consultation on products, solutions, and applications.
• Coordinate customer support and service-related inquiries.
• Interface between customers and internal stakeholders like Business Units and Field Sales.
• Support Field Sales by managing customer inquiries and projects to achieve revenue objectives.
• Be the subject matter expert for defined product lines or technologies.
