MKS France is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to act as the primary contact for commercial and technical matters for customers in Beaune la Rolande, France. You will provide consultative guidance on products and applications, supporting the full sales-to-service lifecycle.

The role includes post-sales support, coordinating service inquiries, and collaborating with Business Units, Field Sales and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Master or PhD in engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English and French; professional communication required.
• Experience with photonic products is advantageous.
• Strong customer orientation and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve technical problems analytically.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prioritize, and organize assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide technical consultation on products, solutions and applications.
• Coordinate and resolve service and support inquiries post-sales.
• Interface with customers and internal stakeholders (Business Units, Field Sales, Customer Service).
• Support Field Sales to meet defined revenue and sales objectives.
• Own a defined area of expertise and act as internal SME for colleagues.
