Qualifications

• 5+ years in Equipment, Generators, or Industrial Sales Management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including reps, engineers, and coordinators.
• Strong negotiation and contract skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sales process from prospecting to installation.
• Mentor and align Sales Reps, Sales Engineers, and Coordinators.
• Set pricing strategies and forecast revenue with CEO.
• Build relationships with contractors and distributors.
• Navigate high-stakes negotiations and landmark projects.
