Punch Powertrain in Clermont-Ferrand seeks an Industrial Sales Engineer / Business Developer to drive new accounts and growth. You will prospect, open meetings, present PPC capabilities and convert contacts into recurring revenue.

Collaborate with R&D and commercial teams to define opportunities, manage tenders, and guide opportunities through to production. A dynamic SMB environment with strong variable pay awaits.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in technical B2B industrial business development
• Proven track record selling to industrial OEMs
• Fluent professional English is essential
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive problem solving

Responsabilités

• Prospect and develop PPC's portfolio; build a structured field prospecting plan
• Open new accounts with meetings, site visits, and RFQ presentations
• Represent PPC at trade shows and convert contacts into business
• Collaborate with R&D to map customer needs to PPC strengths
• Manage responses to enquiries and tenders with commercial teams
• Maintain an opportunity pipeline and report to site director
• Transition to series production with supplier nomination and orders
