Job summary

Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a Senior Engineer / Onsite Energy Manager to lead commercial building energy management engagements from initial assessment through project implementation. This role blends hands-on engineering, client relationship management, project execution, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities include onsite assessments, data collection, BMS evaluation, energy-savings quantification, and coordination of improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial building energy engineering, retro-commissioning, or facilities energy management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, central plants, and building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite facility assessments and data collection.
• Identify energy efficiency measures across HVAC systems and building infrastructure.
• Quantify energy savings and develop improvement plans.
• Coordinate subcontractor RFPs, bids, schedules and installations.
• Mentor junior engineers and review technical deliverables.
