Description du poste

• Lead technical projects and support clients in delivering their industrial projects
• Manage all stages of the project lifecycle, from scoping through commissioning
• Analyze client requirements, input data, and project objectives
• Define the scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, and schedule
• Develop and monitor the budget and performance indicators
• Coordinate project teams, engineering departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
• Plan and facilitate kick-off, progress, coordination, and close-out meetings
• Supervise engineering studies, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, standards, and regulations
• Identify risks, deviations, and roadblocks, and monitor corrective actions
• Track changes, non-conformities, punch-list items, and claims
• Ensure quality, cost, schedule, and safety objectives are met
• Prepare project reports and communicate progress, alerts, and decisions
• Participate in the acceptance of installations and the administrative and technical close-out of projects

Requirements

• Higher education degree in engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management, or a related field
• Significant experience in industrial project management
• Experience in energy, nuclear, petrochemical, infrastructure, process, or industrial facility construction environments is preferred
• Proficiency in project management methods and tools
• Strong command of scheduling, budget monitoring, risk management, and technical coordination
• Comfortable reading technical documentation, specifications, plans, diagrams, and supplier specifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
• Ability to unite teams, make decisions, and anticipate challenges
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Self-motivated, responsive, and results-oriented
• Ability to work in a demanding, multicultural, and constantly changing environment
• Professional proficiency in English is an asset
