Jobtailor in Vendôme, France seeks an engineer to drive the industrialization of PCBs and electronic boards, using APQP methods and statistical control. You will prepare RFQ packages, act as the technical contact for suppliers, and lead reviews to assess cost estimates.

Fluent English is required. You will collaborate with operations and stakeholders, push industrial transfer practices, and report on progress within your portfolio.

Qualifications

• Industrialization of PCBs and electronic boards.
• Configuration management and statistical control (process capability).
• APQP methodologies (PFMEA, Control Plan, Flow Chart, Gage R&R, MSA).
• Problem analysis and resolution techniques (8D, Ishikawa, FMEA) and use of digital tools/dashboards for program management.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Prepare request-for-quotation packages, ensuring the availability of a specification document dedicated to supplier quotations
• Serve as the technical point of contact for suppliers for all technical questions
• Participate in quotation-phase reviews/gates to provide expertise and assess the quality of supplier cost estimates
• Lead and coordinate regular technical discussions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Drive and coordinate industrialization actions in liaison with operational teams and in accordance with the company’s reference framework
• Produce periodic reporting for your portfolio
• Contribute to the development of best practices for industrial transfer and industrialization
