Responsabilités

• Lead global S&OP transformation program and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Deploy a new application ecosystem and coordinate IT and business teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Act as liaison across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing.
• Organize steering committees and produce executive reports.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and change management phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Product Owners and vendors.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment and governance across programs.

Description du poste

• Lead a strategic S&OP transformation program globally for a global leader in the maritime industry
• Deploy a new application ecosystem
• Ensure the program’s successful delivery on time, to the required quality standards, and within a budget exceeding €1 million
• Develop and monitor the project schedule
• Assess risks and define corresponding action plans
• Monitor the budget and manage workloads on a daily basis
• Act as the liaison between the Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Marketing business departments and the IT teams
• Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of Product Owners, Technical Project Managers, developers, and external providers
• Oversee the scoping, user acceptance testing, deployment, and change management phases
• Organize and lead steering committees and project committees
• Produce reports and performance indicators for management and the Executive Committee
• Align stakeholders and facilitate complex decision-making

Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience directing complex IT projects or managing transformation programs
• Natural leadership and excellent organizational and diplomatic skills
• Proven expertise in managing high-level governance
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets exceeding €1 million
• Strong summarization skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
• Fluent professional English is essential
• Generalist profile with versatility across several types of projects, including data, digital, and custom software development
• Knowledge of complex project management and PMO methodologies
• Knowledge of IT architecture, S&OP, ERP, Supply Chain, and Finance tools
