Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Execution Manager to lead complex, multi-team and multi-site projects or programs. You will define plans, milestones, prioritization, and dependency tracking, while ensuring budget trajectory and risk management.

You will facilitate decision-oriented governance, produce reporting, analyze variances, and propose scenarios. A strong measurement mindset with OKR/KPI indicators and experience in Agile, predictive, or hybrid approaches is required.

Qualifications

• Experience to expert level in governance, management, and deployment.
• Minimum B2 level of English, written and spoken.
• Execution management: planning, tracking, risk and dependency management.
• Process improvement: root cause analysis, waste reduction, and flow improvement.
• Strong measurement mindset: OKR/KPI indicators and data analysis.
• Budget management: tracking, forecasting, and variance alerts.
• Knowledge of predictive methods, Agile, scaling Agile, and design thinking.
• Communication and facilitation skills.
• Data/AI or infrastructure knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

Structure execution: action plans, milestones, prioritization, commitment tracking, dependencies, risks, impediments, capacity, and budget trajectory
Secure scope, timeline, and resource trade-offs
Define and establish reliable performance and value indicators
Produce useful reporting, analyze variances, raise alerts, and propose scenarios and recommendations
Facilitate decision-oriented governance focused on decision-making, prioritization, and multi-stakeholder synchronization
Track actions and commitments and prepare trade-off decisions
Conduct performance assessments and analyze workflows and their root causes
Reduce waste, improve processes, stabilize quality, and increase predictability
Sustainably measure the impact of improvements
Work with clients in process, project, or product environments using Agile, predictive, or hybrid approaches

Requirements

• Experienced to expert-level profile
• Experienced: able to work independently across a team or multiple teams in governance, management, and deployment
• Expert: able to lead complex, multi-team and multi-site projects or programs
• Minimum B2 level of English, written and spoken
• Execution management skills: planning, tracking, trade-off management, risk and dependency management
• Process improvement skills: on-site observation, root cause analysis, problem-solving, standardization, waste reduction, and flow improvement
• Strong measurement mindset: objectives, OKR/KPI indicators, data reliability, and results analysis
• Budget management skills: actual-versus-planned tracking, forecasting, variance alerts, and analysis of trade-offs
• Understanding of project, product, and service frameworks: predictive methods, Agile, scaling Agile, product operating models, and design thinking
• Communication and facilitation skills
• Knowledge of Data/AI or infrastructure is a plus
