Job summary

Probabl, a Paris-based pioneer in open-source ML tooling, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own how Skore and the broader Probabl portfolio are positioned, launched, and adopted by data scientists and ML teams worldwide.

The role reports to the CPO and collaborates with Product, Engineering, the CEO, and the CSO. You’ll drive developer marketing, GTM launches, and a partner program while shaping messaging for a fast-growing, hybrid Paris-based team.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in product marketing for developer tools, ML/AI platforms, data infrastructure, or OSS-led B2B software.
• Technical fluency: read Python, comfortable in a Jupyter notebook, can talk credibly with ML engineers.
• Open-source instinct: marketing in OSS is earned via contribution and transparency.
• Sharp writing: portfolio of technical blog posts, launch narratives, or positioning work.
• Launch operator: shipped meaningful product launches with a reusable playbook.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and comfortable in French.

Responsibilities

• Positioning & messaging: sharpen Skore’s differentiation versus MLflow, Weights & Biases, Neptune, and new agentic tools.
• Developer marketing: create technical content, conference presence, and engage with the scikit-learn community.
• Launches: own end-to-end GTM for Skore releases and broader milestones with assets, enablement, press, and partner coordination.
• Design Partner Program: scale flagship enterprise motion with reference customers and case studies.
• Competitive intelligence: maintain market view and provide battle cards and clear differentiation.
• Demand drivers: build marketing motion around regulatory tailwinds and buyer narratives.
• Voice of the practitioner: run customer/community research to ground messaging.
• Sales, employees & Partners enablement: create materials for onboarding and market interactions across Sales and Partners.
• Feed our marketing efforts: supply content and messages to campaigns, website, events.
