Job summary

Current AI is seeking a Product Manager focusing on partnerships for its AI Potluck ecosystem. You will own the contributor roadmap, scope potential partner contributions, and work with the Build team to ship integrations. Your success will be measured by onboarding new partners and driving ecosystem adoption.

Work with Product, Engineering, Programmes and Movement teams to align contributions with open-source goals and the company’s roadmap. Paris-based with open remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Partnerships roles involving open source and AI systems.
• Experience in open-source ecosystems, including bringing external contributions into a shipped product.
• Proven track record of taking external contributions from first conversation to live in production.
• Experience writing PRDs and technical specs that engineering teams can build from.
• Strong collaboration with Engineering, Research, Programmes, and Leadership teams to balance risk, feasibility, and product impact.
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication tailored to technical teams and external partner executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap of contributions to AI Potluck and align with Build's roadmap and release cycles.
• Assess strategic fit, technical interoperability, and alignment with open-source and mission goals of potential partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Finance to structure integration models and cost/value frameworks.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with product partners and manage ongoing technical integrations.
• Drive partner adoption of Alpha and onboarding of partners as contributors to the open-source stack.
• Design repeatable contribution pathways so partners can contribute with minimal bespoke support.
• Turn roadmap needs and inbound ideas into product specs and ensure live deployments.
• Ensure third-party partner strategies align with Current AI’s product roadmap and timelines.
• Bring contributor and user insight into the product vision and roadmap, coordinating with the VP Product.
