Job summary

OSS Ventures is hiring a Head of Marketing and Community in Paris with hybrid options. You will design and execute marketing that drives growth, build and animate multi-audience communities, and lead content, events and AI-driven stack deployments for portfolio success.

You will advise portfolio companies on go-to-market, branding and demand generation while collaborating with the CRO and external partners to scale the community network.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, community or ecosystem roles.
• Able to build a community from near zero and name the people in it.
• Proven track record running events that yield relationships, not just attendance.
• Credibility with senior audiences: executives, investors, founders.
• Able to manage multiple communities and portfolio companies without dropping any.
• Comfort with uncertainty and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth for OSS Ventures and its portfolio.
• Build and animate OSS communities across founders, industrials, portfolio companies and LPs.
• Run the content engine across channels: newsletters, white papers, webinars, blogs, social content.
• Organise VC and founder events, industry trade shows and LP briefings; ensure follow-up actions.
• Optimize and deploy AI agent stack to scale the one-person team into a system.
• Provide strategic marketing guidance to portfolio companies, including GTM and branding.
