Doctolib is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to scale the ML Platform across Europe. You will build production ML pipelines, deploy models with robust CI/CD, and develop tooling to accelerate end-to-end ML workflows.

Collaboration with data scientists and cross-functional teams is essential to ensure reliable, scalable AI services that improve patient care. The role emphasizes hands-on cloud, ML frameworks, and strong communication, with a hybrid Paris-based setup and a focus on delivering impact

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python, SQL, Shell Scripting, and Terraform, with hands-on experience containerizing ML pipelines with Docker.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS SageMaker, EC2, ECS, S3, and CloudWatch (or Azure equivalents).
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to document and share knowledge.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Build and deploy production-grade ML models in collaboration with data scientists and engineers.
• Design and maintain the MLOps pipeline, including version control, CI/CD, and monitoring in production.
• Develop tools and best practices to streamline model development and deployment lifecycle.
• Ensure availability and performance of ML systems, proactively addressing issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and guide end-to-end ML solutions.
• Share MLOps knowledge across the tech community and document standards.
