Job summary

Harnham - Data and Analytics Recruitment in Paris is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to define the technical direction of large-scale production ML systems while remaining hands-on throughout the lifecycle.

You'll lead end-to-end ML initiatives across recommendation, targeting, and lifecycle modelling, collaborating with the CTO and senior engineers in a fully remote or hybrid setup with occasional in-office days.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience deploying production ML at scale.
• Proven leadership while remaining hands-on.
• Expertise in recommender systems and lifecycle modelling.
• Experience with MLOps including monitoring and retraining.
• Strong Python and ML framework experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
