Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Product Manager to join a squad with a Product Designer and 4–6 software engineers. You will own features from discovery to delivery, write specs, manage the backlog, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with stakeholders.

You will participate in customer discoveries, contribute to the squad's OKRs, and grow as a subject matter expert. The role offers full remote work within France, with a compensation package that includes base salary, a variable component,

Qualifications

• Drive product vision into delivered products and solutions.
• Experience managing a Product Backlog with prioritization and MVP definition.
• Proven impact in startup, scale-up, or consulting environments.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering and PM teams.
• Experience solving complex problems with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide teams and resolve conflicts.
• Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
• Interest in Convexity culture and working environment.

Responsibilities

• Own features from discovery to delivery and write specs and user stories.
• Manage the squad backlog and product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery.
• Attend customer discoveries and adapt solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers.
• Maintain KPIs and OKRs for the squad and drive accountable results.
