Job summary

Brevo is seeking a Senior Product Manager in our Pro Business Unit focused on mid-market. You’ll lead one pod through a full cycle — problem, shape, build, ship, measure — as its single point of accountability.

The role blends PM, product design and product engineering skills, all AI-enabled, welcoming candidates from either background. You’ll work with Naos design system, prototype in Figma, and own the launch with beta programs and cross-functional readiness.

Qualifications

Background in PM, product design, or lead engineer.
Ability to own end-to-end experience: define problems, decide interfaces, prototype.
Proactive, autonomous and able to navigate ambiguity.
Ability to write and defend a complete pitch with metrics.
Experience shipping against appetite using lightweight async artifacts.
Comfort reading AI-generated code and collaborating with a Lead Engineer.
Experience using AI tools in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

Gather signals and translate into clearly defined problems, shape appetite, solution, risks and no-gos.
Act as the pod's design reference: frame the user experience, make interface/interaction decisions, and create prototypes using Naos design system.
Run the build cycle with lightweight status artefacts and adjust scope.
Define measurable outcomes and post-launch verdict: continue, adjust, or discontinue.
Own the launch: run beta, prep go-to-market, align Sales, CSM and Support ahead of release.
Be the pod's single contact for BU, surface risks early, coordinate with peer Pod Leaders, and apply AI tools by default.
