Upslide in Paris seeks a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to own a broad portfolio end-to-end, driving renewals, health, and growth across EMEA & APAC. You’ll work with data signals to prioritize actions and collaborate with Support, Sales Admin, and Sales on expansions.

You will contribute to adoption initiatives, maintain CRM data quality, and operate in an international, fast-paced environment. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• 2/3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing/revenue role in a B2B environment.
• Proven experience managing renewals and churn across a portfolio of accounts, with the confidence to handle difficult conversations as needed.
• Proven ability to identify and close expansion/upsell opportunities, with a hunter mindset and ROI orientation.
• Experience with data-driven account planning and maintaining CRM data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Own a broad portfolio of Mid-Market accounts end-to-end, focusing on renewals, health, and growth.
• Use usage data and signals to prioritize activities, manage risk, and drive upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Support and Sales Admin; partner with Sales on expansion opportunities.
• Contribute to adoption initiatives such as webinars and office hours for customers.
• Maintain CRM data quality and reliable forecasting in a fast-paced international environment.
