Pennylane is hiring an IT Support Administrator to support our Paris teams and remote staff. You will handle onboarding, provisioning, and security governance while ensuring continued access to our SaaS tools and platforms.

The role requires strong collaboration with multiple teams and a proactive approach to security and policy enforcement. You will work across Apple environments and SaaS services, communicating in English and French, and contribute to a knowledge base, training sessions, and

Qualifications

• Experience as an IT Support Administrator in a growth environment.
• Comfortable with Apple environments and SaaS administration tools.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Provide helpdesk support for Paris-based and remote teams.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and equipment provisioning.
• Manage IT security metrics and policy compliance (ISO 27001/SOC 2 awareness).
• Administer access to tools, accounts, and rights management.
• Organize global trainings and create knowledge base and monitoring tools.
