Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, consulting, customer engagement, and solution selling within technology or transformation environments.
• Proven expertise in learning programs, adoption enablement, organizational change, and capability building.
• Strong track record creating and presenting customer proposals, statements of work, and service offerings.
• Ability to lead workstreams within complex digital transformation or technology implementation programs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with executive-level presentations and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Fluency in navigating matrix organizations across countries and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with country organizations through the full opportunity lifecycle—from qualification to value realization.
• Design scalable, customer-centric Learning and Adoption solutions aligned with transformation objectives.
• Lead workshops and strategic discussions to define learning, adoption, enablement, and change strategies.
• Develop and present customer proposals, scopes of work, and service estimates.
• Deliver complex engagements with hands-on involvement when needed to assure success.
• Coach and mentor country teams to grow internal capability.
